Our stamps need to be refilled by oil-based ink.
2. Why does my stamp run out of ink quickly?
Our stamps are inked via the stamp surface. We will ink the stamp pad till it can no longer hold any more ink. That is an indicator that the stamp is well-inked. Depending on the size of the stamp and the design, the amount of ink used per impression varies. The amount of pressure used when stamping will also affect the amount of ink used per impression. If you are purchasing a stamp that you plan on using daily, it is recommended that you purchase a replacement ink bottle that can refill your stamp up to 6 times.
3. How do I refill my stamps?
You need to cover the raised parts of the stamp design with ink as that is the portion which absorbs the ink. Let the stamp sit for a while while it soaks up the ink. Once all the ink have been soaked up by the stamp pad, you can take a tissue paper to wipe off the excess ink.
4. Why are my stamps not giving a good impression when stamped?
Some of the stamp settings may have been changed during the delivery process. Do turn the ridged dial till it tightens. This will raise the stamp surface and you will get a better impression. The amount of strength needed for each stamp varies. It takes a little more effort to press a large rectangle stamp to get a good impression as compared to a small round stamp. Do take note of this before purchasing.
5. Are your stickers waterproof?
Most of our stickers are not waterproof unless stated in the description.
6. What is the lead time for the stamps?
We usually need a week to design, print and make the stamps. For customised stamps, we will usually get back to you regarding the designs in a day or two. It also depends on the amount of revisions needed. If you need the stamps urgently, do drop us a direct message on Instagram.
7. Help! I received the wrong product in my order!
No worries! Sometimes, when there are too many orders at the same time, we can get confused and pack the wrong items. We will definitely send you the correct items as a replacement. Just drop us a message on Instagram or an email, we will definitely get back to you.
8. What stamp sizes do you offer?
We currently have 3 sizes of round stamps namely 2.8cm, 3cm and 3.6cm. For designs with more details, we do recommend choosing a larger sized stamp. For rectangle stamps, we offer 2.2x5.5cm as well as 4.3x5.5cm stamps.
9. What are the prices of the stamps?
We priced our stamps based on the types of stamp handles used. We also offer fully customisable stamps which you can provide your own designs.
